I DON'T SEE MY REPAIR LISTED ON THE SITE, CAN YOU LOOK AT IT?
We will take a look at just about anything for you, here's a list of some things we don't fix. Please contact us with any questions!
Devices we do not fix:
TVs or Monitors with Broken Displays (electronics issues only)
Watches / Smartwatches
DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We use the most economical part available unless otherwise requested. There are exceptions to this, we don't use parts we feel won't lead to a lasting repair. We can attempt to source original parts on request, but can't guarantee they will be available for your device. On iPhone screen replacements we try to offer more than one option.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY DEVICE(S)?
Every repair is different. We will do our best to give you an estimate on the total time your repair will take. We ask that you give us 48 hours to diagnose deeper issues. If parts need to be ordered we will inform you and get them from the fastest possible source!
WHAT WILL YOU CHARGE ME TO LOOK AT/DIAGNOSE MY DEVICE?
We do not charge diagnostic fees and will happily look at your device and give you our diagnosis. Should you choose not to go forward with the repair we will return your device at no additional charge (mail-in repairs need to pay return shipping). We also recycle devices!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Cashapp, Paypal, and exact change in cash. We aren't able to give any change.
DO YOU PURCHASE DEVICES?
We purchase electronics upon appraisal only. Please contact us if you are looking to sell!
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
All of our repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty. Any physical damage to the related parts or liquid damage to the device will void our warranties.
