MAIL-IN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY REPAIR?
We accept payments by invoice for mail-in repairs. When your repair is complete we will send you an invoice via email. You have 45 days from the point of invoice to pay for the repair, otherwise it will be cancelled and the device will be liquidated. Payments are made through Square or Cashapp, all major credit and debit cards are accepted! Once paid your device will be mailed as soon as possible and a tracking number will be provided!
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIX MY DEVICE?
If we can't repair your device, we can return it to you under the condition you pay for return shipping. We offer no-risk diagnostics but cannot afford to ship everything that is non-repairable at no cost.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY DEVICE?
Repair times vary greatly from device to device, but we try to always stay on top of repairs. We ask that you give us up to 48 hours to properly diagnose your device. If parts are needed for your device we will order them from the fastest possible source and inform you of the estimated delivery date. We use UPS to ship devices out and usually you will see it within 4 business days of shipping in the continental US.
WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE WITH MY DEVICE?
If you are sending in a PC or game console, we will need the power cables for it! Include any controllers, games and other equipment we may need to test your device. Please print your completed mail-in form and include it as well! Be sure to package your device safely, we are not responsible for shipping damage!
